At Hobie® Eyewear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email for you to print and attach to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the eyewear securely in its original protective case and packaging, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
